This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for products and services provided by Anderson Projects LTD.

1. Digital products

Digital products are delivered as downloadable files and source code. Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

2. Faulty or misdescribed products

If a product is materially faulty or significantly different from its description, contact us and we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a fix, replacement, or refund.

3. Services

For custom services, payments and refund terms are governed by your proposal, statement of work, or contract. Any agreed milestone payments are normally non-refundable once work has been delivered for that milestone.

4. How to request a refund review

Email info@andersonprojectsltd.co.uk with your order details, date of purchase, and reason for request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Payment processor handling

Where products are sold through third-party platforms (for example, Gumroad), payment and refund processing may also be subject to that platform’s terms and processes.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
